Some people call them tick-tock legs, leg switches, wavy legs… I always seem to refer to them as leg variations. I am by far no expert on these; I rarely practice them and they don’t often show up in my freestyles however every time they do someone asks me for a tutorial so here is a short video that I hope will help you get started. This is just a quick starter with several variations packed in and I remember how hard some of these were to mentally break down when I first began so if you want a specific variation slowed down with detailed instruction let me know 😉 Lots of luck!
